The meeting was attended by Application and Research Centers Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Sapmaz, Vice Coordinator Asst. Prof. Filiz Sivaslıoğlu, and board members Assoc. Prof. Neşe Kıskaç, Asst. Prof.Emre Doğan, Asst. Prof. Can Burak Nalbantoğlu, and Asst. Prof. Seda Erdönmez  
 
The meeting began with the discussion of agenda items and continued with a presentation of Application and Research Centers Coordination Unit’s activities up to May 22, 2025. The main focus was the “Standard Regulation Draft for Research and Application Centers.” Board members provided feedback and finalized the draft. 

It was also decided to consult with center directors to discuss the details of the proposed format. The meeting concluded with final remarks and suggestions from participants. 



Application and Research Centers Coordination Unit and the Coordination Board will continue to enhance research, development, and community service activities across the university in the upcoming period.
